Month In A Nutshell October Edition
Schbang's October: A Month Full of Ideas, Impact & Action
October brought a fresh wave of ideas, exciting campaigns and moments that made an impact. From festive brand stories to creative experiments and campaigns that went beyond the brief, there was plenty happening across Schbang. Here's a look at the work that kept us busy this month.
1. MPOWER: LOOKING BEYOND “I’M FINE”
Mental health struggles often go unnoticed behind a simple “I’m fine.” We created a film for Mpower that explores the idea of emotional baggage, bringing unspoken feelings and experiences to the forefront. By highlighting the struggles people often keep to themselves, the film encourages more open conversations around mental health and reminds us to look beyond what people say to understand how they truly feel.
2. OWNLY: GETS A BOLD NEW IDENTITY
A bold pink palette, playful illustrations and distinctive typography come together to give Ownly a recognisable and lively personality. The visual identity extends across app screens, merchandise and outdoor creatives, carrying the same playful energy across digital and physical touchpoints. Every element works together to create a cohesive brand experience that feels fresh, distinctive and instantly recognisable.
3. BRITANNIA MARIE GOLD: CELEBRATING THE LITTLE MOMENTS OF DURGA PUJO
Durga Puja is filled with traditions, family gatherings and little moments that make the festival special. We brought this festive spirit to life through a film for Britannia Marie Gold, capturing the warmth of Pujo, from cherished traditions to tea-time conversations. The campaign encouraged people to recognise and celebrate their own little “Pujo Moments of Gold.”
4. ENAMOR, BRITANNIA & BRIDGESTONE: THREE BRONZE WINS ACROSS MMA SMARTIES INDIA AND ADAURA AWARDS
Good ideas deserve recognition, and this time, three of our campaigns took home Bronze across two award platforms. At MMA Smarties India 2026, Enamor BodySync was recognised in New Product and/or Service Launch/Re-launch, while Britannia Fudge It x Zepto April Fools won in Integrated E-commerce Innovation & Live Streaming. At the AdAura Awards 2026, Bridgestone’s Grip That Never Lets Go earned Bronze in Generative AI Campaign of the Year. Across product innovation, e-commerce and AI-led creativity, these wins celebrate ideas that bring fresh thinking to brand challenges.
5. AMAZON GREAT INDIAN FESTIVAL: MAKING ANANYA PANDAY THE FACE OF EVERYTHING FESTIVE
From Diwali fuljhadis to Navratri dandiya, the festive season brings a different kind of excitement. We brought this thought to life for Amazon Great Indian Festival, featuring Ananya Panday as the face of celebrations across occasions. Playing on the idea that being on fuljhadis is good, but being the face of everything festive is even better, the campaign gave the festive shopping season a fun, relatable twist.
6. BRITANNIA CROISSANT: ADDING A FLAKY TWIST TO A TONGUE-TWISTER CHALLENGE
We brought Britannia Croissant into a fun, social-first tongue-twister challenge that put participants’ speaking skills to the test. With tricky lines, quick attempts and plenty of light-hearted moments, the challenge made for an entertaining viewing experience. Britannia Croissant was seamlessly woven into the activity, with its flaky, delicious appeal adding a tasty twist to the fun. The result was engaging, relatable content that brought the product into the spotlight without making the interaction feel like a hard sell.
7. META X SCHBANG: BUILDING BETTER CREATOR PARTNERSHIPS
Great creator collaborations need more than a brief; they need shared understanding and creative chemistry. Through Meta x Schbang, we brought marketers and creators into one room to rethink how they work together, moving beyond transactional ads towards stronger creative partnerships. The focus was on building meaningful connections, aligning brand goals with creator perspectives and creating space for ideas that feel more natural, collaborative and effective.
8. MAHINDRA RISE: UNLEARNING STEREOTYPES
For Mahindra Rise’s Inclusion Day, we created a social content series that encouraged people to question everyday stereotypes and look beyond limiting labels. Using a simple yet impactful visual treatment, the posts struck through preconceived notions and replaced them with more inclusive perspectives. Featuring voices from across the Mahindra ecosystem, the series explored assumptions around identity, ability and individual experiences, highlighting how the words we use can shape the way we perceive others. By turning everyday language into a starting point for change, the campaign sparked conversations around inclusion and reinforced the importance of seeing people beyond stereotypes.
9. CASTROL: TAKING IT FROM CLAIMS TO VISIBLE PROOF
Instead of conventional product-led communication, we brought five automotive creators from different mobility communities into Castrol’s Patalganga manufacturing facility to explore the science behind its engine oils. Armed with real questions from their audiences, they explored the technology, testing and quality checks through expert interactions, behind-the-scenes access and first-person smart-glasses footage. The result was an immersive content experience that made complex lubricant technology more accessible, credible and engaging.
10. MOCHI SHOES: KEEPING THE SPOTLIGHT GOING
The festive season is all about dressing up, experimenting with personal style and making a statement. Continuing our ongoing work with Mochi, this edition brings more looks for the Spotlight Seeker, with statement footwear that completes every outfit and adds confidence to every step. Building on the series from previous months, the latest set of content keeps the spotlight on individual expression and festive fashion, giving audiences more inspiration to make every look their own.
11. BRITANNIA CAKES: CELEBRATING KOLKATA’S LOVE FOR PUJO
For Kolkata, Durga Puja is more than a festival; it’s an emotion rooted in traditions and cherished memories. We brought this spirit to life through a heartwarming film celebrating six iconic Pujo rituals, each paired with a different festive edition pack. From the colours of the celebrations to the little moments that make Pujo special, the campaign brought Britannia Cakes closer to the heart of Kolkata’s festive traditions.
12 . TATA CAPITAL: THE IRRESISTIBLE PULL OF A FLASH SALE
Flash sales have a way of catching your attention and making you feel like you can’t miss out on a good deal. We brought this familiar shopping behaviour to life through a film that plays on how quickly a tempting offer can turn a passing glance into an impulse purchase. Using a relatable situation and a playful narrative, the content captures the thrill of spotting a deal and the struggle to resist it.
13. BRITANNIA TREAT CROISSANT X HAVMOR: TURNING AN INTERNET CRAVING INTO A REAL-WORLD COLLABORATION
What began as a viral internet craving soon became a blockbuster collaboration between Britannia Treat and Havmor. We brought the partnership to life through engaging content that captured the excitement around the coming together of two much-loved brands. Building on the buzz already circulating online, the campaign took the conversation beyond social media, turning a popular internet trend into a real product experience. By tapping into people's curiosity and love for indulgent treats, we created a collaboration that got audiences talking, tasting and coming back for more.
14. CETAPHIL: CHALLENGING THE WAY WE THINK ABOUT DAILY CARE
Everyday skincare habits often go unquestioned, even when they may not be the best for our skin. For Cetaphil, we took a provocative approach to challenge these familiar routines and get people to rethink what daily care should really look like. The film uses an unexpected take on a familiar subject to spark curiosity, question common perceptions and encourage a more thoughtful approach to everyday skincare.
15. ACE BLEND: MAKING EVERYDAY WELLNESS MORE RELATABLE
Supplements are often seen as a complicated part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, so we set out to make the conversation around wellness simpler and more relatable. Through Schbang Fluence, we brought Ace Blend to audiences through a creator-led content approach. Prableen highlighted the benefits of the brand’s plant-based Omega 3, while three other creators explored Ace Blend through their individual content styles and perspectives. By integrating the supplements into familiar, everyday conversations, the campaign moved away from traditional product promotion and made wellness feel more approachable, relatable and relevant to audiences.
16. BRITANNIA MARIE GOLD & BRITANNIA BOURBON: TURNING THE TELEGRAPH’S FRONT PAGE INTO A FESTIVE BRAND MOMENT
During Durga Puja, when Kolkata comes alive with celebrations, traditions and cultural conversations, we brought Britannia into the festive mood through a front-page takeover in The Telegraph. The idea turned a familiar newspaper touchpoint into an opportunity to connect with audiences during one of the city’s biggest cultural moments. By using the front page as a canvas for festive communication, Britannia found a way to stand out in the daily news cycle and become part of the Pujo buzz.

17. NRB BEARINGS LTD: BUILDING A DIGITAL PRESENCE THAT MATCHES ITS GLOBAL AMBITION
A 65-year legacy builds trust, but a global engineering brand needs to communicate much more than its manufacturing expertise. For NRB Bearings, the opportunity was to bridge the gap between the company it had become and how it showed up digitally. We reimagined its website to move beyond a conventional product-led experience, bringing its engineering capabilities, technological innovation and global ecosystem to the forefront. The new platform also creates room for stronger investor engagement, clearer communication and future growth, while making NRB’s value easier to understand for new audiences. The impact is beginning to show in search performance, with organic sessions rising from 13 to 25 and average search position improving from 11.4 to 6.1 in the post-launch comparison. A digital transformation designed not just to reflect NRB’s legacy, but to support where the brand is headed next.
18. DAIS: BRINGING A CONTEMPORARY DIGITAL EXPERIENCE TO A LEGACY INSTITUTION
For Dhirubhai Ambani International School, the challenge was to give its website a more contemporary feel without losing the credibility and identity it has built over the years. We developed a fresh visual direction that reflects the school’s ecosystem while balancing modern design with its established tone. Beyond aesthetics, the focus was on making information easier to find and navigate through a more intuitive user experience. We also developed the HTMLs for the approved designs, ensuring a structured handover from design to development. The result is a digital experience that respects the institution’s legacy while meeting the expectations of today’s users.
19. BRITANNIA THE LAUGHING COW CHEESE: BRINGING “FLAVOR KA MULTIVERSE” TO LIFE
Instead of simply showcasing different cheese flavours, we turned “Flavor Ka Multiverse” into a relatable food experience through a flip-side booklet for Britannia’s flavoured cheese slices. The format highlighted how the same familiar food could take two distinct culinary directions, from Korean-inspired flavours to Italian classics. By creating a clear visual contrast between the two experiences, the booklet made flavour differentiation easy to understand without relying on complicated multiverse references. Rooted in familiar food choices and everyday cooking, the idea helped make each flavour’s potential tangible for moms, showing how one simple ingredient can open up an entirely different food experience.

20. LEADING SMARTPHONE BRAND: BECOMING A TOP RECOMMENDATION ON AI PLATFORMS
Being recommended by it. When we began working with a leading smartphone brand, AI platforms rarely recommended its newer models and overlooked its camera strengths. We focused on publishing content across trusted sources and giving each phone a clear positioning based on consumer needs and price points. Over six months, their share of voice across four AI platforms grew from 21% to 34%, moving it from the fourth to the second most-recommended phone brand. Its presence in “best camera phone under ₹40K” answers also rose from 44% to 78%, turning AI visibility into stronger product recommendations.

21. ENAMOR: TAPPING INTO “FOR THE PLOT” CULTURE
Traditional festive campaigns lean into pristine, perfectly choreographed perfection. But for modern women, the best festive nights are spontaneous, chaotic, and driven by memory-making. By anchoring the narrative in the viral mindset of "doing it for the plot," we shifted the brand voice from passive elegance to active, main-character energy.
22. BODYCRAFT: FIXING THE TECHNICAL GAPS BEHIND LOCAL SEO
For a multi-location brand like Bodycraft, accurate location mapping is essential for search engines to connect services with the right cities. We conducted a large-scale Technical SEO audit, reviewing 60,490 sitemap URLs and identifying 27,978 incorrect geographical mappings, nearly 46% of the pages audited. From correcting city-level URL structures to implementing 301 redirects and standardising location-service architecture, the cleanup addressed issues that could dilute local relevance and confuse search engines. The result is a stronger technical foundation for local discoverability, clearer geographical signals and scalable organic growth.

23. ENAMOR: ONE BRAND, MANY WOMEN, MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS
What resonates with a college student may be very different from what connects with a working professional or a homemaker. With this understanding, we shaped an integrated media and creator strategy for Enamor that moved beyond broad targeting to make communication more relevant to different women, their lifestyles and preferences. By combining audience insights, regional languages and a focused market approach with phased creator-led content testing, the strategy helped identify what resonates with each audience and build on those learnings. The result was a more connected approach where every audience, market and piece of content had a clear role to play.
24. ACCA: TURNING SEARCH INTENT INTO RESULTS WITH BRILLIANCE
Accountants do more than manage numbers; they play a strategic role in shaping business decisions and driving transformation. ACCA’s Brilliance campaign set out to shift this perception and turn interest into action. Using learnings from previous campaigns, we refined keywords and built search themes around real audience intent. The result was a more efficient search strategy, with conversions growing 6X on just 1.2X the clicks, conversion rates increasing 5X and cost per conversion becoming 4X more efficient. A sharper understanding of audience intent helped drive stronger engagement and more valuable outcomes.

25. MILEX: TAKING THE 10% EXTRA MILEAGE PROMISE TO THE STREETS
Reaching the right audience means meeting them where their interests and everyday routines intersect. Milex took this approach across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane, combining 50,000 targeted Blinkit flyers for male shoppers buying car-related products with hyperlocal auto-rickshaw branding. The outdoor activity included 1,000 stickers in Mumbai and 250 hood-branding units each in Navi Mumbai and Thane. While the flyers introduced Milex’s petrol fuel additive to a relevant car-care audience, witty shayari and QR codes on auto-rickshaws helped catch commuters’ attention and encouraged product discovery, bringing the 10% Extra Mileage promise into everyday urban life.
26. A LEADING NGO: TURNING SMARTER TARGETING INTO 155 REGISTRATIONS
We helped a leading NGO improve its Meta campaign performance by building on learnings from previous campaigns and refining its approach to audience targeting and optimisation. We shifted focus towards high-value audiences, prioritised Instagram placements and increased spend on iPhone users to reach audiences more likely to convert. We also moved from a Maximise Conversions objective to Maximise Conversion Value, helping drive higher-value registrations. The campaign delivered 155 registrations while reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by nearly 75%, proving the impact of sharper targeting, smarter budget allocation and value-led optimisation.

27. VHS EXHIBITION: BRINGING UTRECHT’S GRAFFITI CULTURE FROM THE STREETS TO THE MUSEUM
For the Graffiti exhibition at Centraal Museum in Utrecht, we collaborated with Dutch Graffiti Library to create an immersive video installation using hours of raw VHS footage from the early 1990s. Through video and experience design, we brought the graffiti culture of Utrecht and Amsterdam’s streets back to life, preserving the original, unfiltered feel of the recordings. The installation offered visitors a glimpse into the city's graffiti history while showcasing how the community documented and preserved its own cultural heritage.
28. BRIDGESTONE: MAKING EVERY DIWALI JOURNEY A SAFER ONE
We brought tyre safety into the Diwali conversation through a family-led festive film. As families gear up for celebrations, shopping and long drives, the film highlights the importance of getting their vehicles checked before hitting the road. By weaving Bridgestone’s tyre care services into a relatable family moment, we reminded audiences that a safe journey is just as important as the celebrations waiting at the other end.
29. AMAZON INDIA: MAKING FESTIVE GIFTING MORE PERSONAL
We brought Amazon’s Great Indian Festival to life through a festive film featuring its brand ambassador, showcasing the joy of finding the right gifts for loved ones. From thoughtful picks for parents to fun surprises for family, the film highlights how Amazon makes festive shopping easier and more exciting. Blending humour, relatable family moments and a range of gifting options, the campaign adds a personal touch to the festive shopping experience.
And that's a wrap on October! Another month of pushing ideas further, bringing campaigns to life and creating work that makes a difference. As we move into the next month, there's plenty more to look forward to. Until then, here's to everything we made happen!
